Learn how to make a rug out of recycled fabric using a hula hoop as a loom! Join instructor Julia Wozny for a fun afternoon of transforming fabric scraps into beautiful, durable, and eco-friendly rugs. You will learn how to use T-shirts, fabric remnants, and plastic shopping bags to create yarn which we will use for weaving. All materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own old clothing items to recycle. You will take home your newly crafted rug and a hula hoop to make more rugs at home!
