 Join us for a hands-on workshop and create your own perfume.

In the workshop we will

• Learn the fundamentals of fragrance design
• Develop richer storytelling and vocabulary around scent
• Get a brief overview of perfume history 
• Discover the differences and overlaps in aromatherapy and herbalism
• Have hands- on (nose-on) experience of fragrance formulation
• Attendees will have access to all materials to create and bottle their own design 
• Resources for 'where to go next' 

The workshop will be two hours and participants will

• Create their own 10 ml atomizer of a proper natural perfume
• All materials provided
• 15 and up please

Instructor Bio: 

In 2013 Monique was inspired to formulate her first natural perfume to recreate a scent memory. It took six years, several mentors, and a lot of research before she nailed it. For twelve years Monique has been the owner and artist at Alchemy Slow Living Studios in Ferndale, making Beauty for Busy Spirits: skincare, perfumery and henna body art.
